Newlook DIY Ltd RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICIES

We hope that you will be pleased with the tiles or appliances or other things that you have bought from Newlook DIY Ltd.

Please make sure of the items you order as any Special-order items cannot be returned or refunded.

If you still wish to return any goods to us, the following clauses should be kept in mind –

It must be returned to us within 14 days in re-saleable condition, if less than 10% of your invoice value, in full boxes, If the goods were purchased from Store stock.

It should be in its full original carton/box and the range is still for sale via our website.

There will be a restocking charge of 33% of the goods returned, if returns are over 10% of the total sales value.

If the goods are not in a re-saleable condition when they arrive back with us, Newlook DIY Ltd reserves the right to amend the amount of the refund based on the value of re-saleable goods.

If you decide to return an entire order, 33% Handling and re-stocking fees will be deducted.

If your tiles sustain damage during shipping or contain a manufacturer’s defect, you must inform us by email or telephone within 48 hours of receiving the goods. If items need to be returned, please keep the original packaging.

If any of your order has gone missing, you must inform us by email or telephone within 48 hours of receiving the goods, so we can assist you further.

In the unlikely event of goods being lost, damaged or stolen whilst in the process of being returned to us, you as the customer will be responsible.
